Can't Take the first level of Elemental Archer.

We are having a problem getting my friends cleric to take the first level in EA. We can go into the level and select everything fine, but when we hit compllete, it doesn't level up and it says "Character level disallowed by server restrcitions." I was told to post the complete build here so I hope this is all the information you need.

((Thats with gear))
BaB:11
Feats: Point Blank Shot, Rapid Shot, Many Shot, Improved Rapid Shot, Weapon Forucs (Longbow), Improved Critical (Longbow)

I thought it was that or maybe if you don't have MOTB.

If you have both SOZ and MOTB we will have to ask Kaedrin.

Every case like the above has been from a lack of SOZ expansion; most of Kaedrin's classes require it.
