Shadow Weave

Unread post by BlueHero45 »

I remember reading before the Shadow weave was a no no, due to the fact that no one would know about its secret at this time. Am hopeing this still holds true. Seeing how the search engine finds the words Shadow and Weave too common, i cant find such a post again. Whats the staff thoughts on this.

The following thread offers some information:

As far as the Shadow Weave's "secret" nature -- it should be entirely unknown to you unless you worship Shar (and are high-up enough among the faithful to be inducted into the secret), or have been made familiar of it through appropriate roleplay.

There was a pretty large Shadow Weave plot some time ago, that affected numerous older characters -- who, as a result, are all now very familiar with the Shadow Weave -- but typically, most casters (and nearly all non-casters) should not know about it.
