Noob question
I know I shoud know this but I really can't remember, is 10 levels the max you can receive in any prestige class (most specificaly pale master and arcane trickster). Also becuase of the server rules you need a minimum of 3 levels in each class in your build including the "base" class you take.

Re: Noob question
Well.. this looks good topic for me to ask.. If i have 2 magic items, that give AC bonus.. i got hat that gives AC +1 bonus and... groin protector that gives AC +2.
Was it so, that i get only the better, AC +2 or 1 + 3 = AC +3 ?

Re: Noob question
MaDuck, you get +2. It's the highest of the value if the items provide the same AC type.

Re: Noob question
It depends on the type of AC. There are many types of AC. I think off the top of my head there is Base, Natural, Dodge, Deflection, Shield, and Armor. Head, Weapon, Cape and Ring armor bonus tends to always be deflection, Amulets are Natural, Bracers and Armor (like robes or full plate) give Armor, and boots give dodge. I can't remember what belts give... if anything ever.
Basically, as long as the armor types are different they stack. If they are the same only the highest one is used.

Re: Noob question
I believe that AC bonuses on belts are Deflection as well.
The only exception to the above no-stacking rule are Dodge AC bonuses, which do stack. For example, the +4 dodge AC versus giants of a dwarf stacks with the +1 bonus from the Dodge feat and boots that have a dodge bonus.
