Surface Drow

Can you make a drow character start on the surface? And if so how?

no, you have to start in the UD.

To further clarify, we do not and likely will never support "surface drow".

Since drow are kill on sight, you wouldn't really like life anyhow. Starting in the Elfsong, you would be killed the moment you spawned in.
