Just curious, i recently got a helm with spell immunity: confusion

Is this the SPELL confusion?

or is it spells with confusion effects, ie myconoids, umberhulks, ect?

That would be Mind-Affecting Effects Immunity, which is a MUCH broader range and has been deemed illegal upon the server.
