Epic spell feats and Epic Metamagic feats.

essentially do epic metamagic feats IE 0-9 silent spell work with epic spells such as Mass fowl/Vamp feast?

i noticed the epic spells dont have a spell lvl attached, but require both somatic and verbal components.
however if someone can automatically cast magic without needing a verbal component does he still need to use a verbal for the Epic Feat spells?

Epic spells are treated as feats and do not actually require verbal or somatic components. They can't be interrupted, either.
