Does Swift and Silent feat exist on BGTSCC?

Was looking into the Stealthy feat, and found out about Swift and Silent: http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Swift_and_Silent

If you read the wiki, it states: "Bugs: This feat is improperly classified as a Class feat by the game(with no attached class), when it should be a General feat. This prevents it from ever being taken by any class, and can only be granted by using debug mode or an item in a persistent world."

Any chance Swift and Silent is working and available for a Ranger (maybe Shadowdancer multiclass) in BGTSCC?

We looked at it a long while back and found it just didn't work.

It didn't seem like you moved any faster if you had the feat.

OEI broke the feat when they redid the stealth animations.

That is a pity.

I always wondered why one would use up a feat on Stealthy, but after finding out about Swift and Silent, I thought it would be worth it...even if it was only existing as a feat applied to an item and not by class.

I take it there is no way to fix it then?

Is there anything else out there comparable to Swift and Stealthy?

The Camo feat that Rangers and Wilderness Stalkers get will allow you to run at full speed when outdoors; other than that, you can increase your base speed to make up for the lack, which is reasonably effective.
