Epic precision questions with IB bleed/Feats

quick question with the feat epic precision and IB/sneak attack abilities

Epic precision real quick

"The character deals 1/2 normal sneak attack damage (rounded down) against opponents that are normally immune to sneak attacks. Other benefits related to sneak attacks do not apply, and this feat does not allow critical hits against creatures that are immune to them."

ok for the IB

"Each level of Bleeding Wound counts as one die of sneak attack damage for purposes of class and feat prerequisites."

Does that mean with epic precision it would do half bleeding damage?

If this indeed does not work:
the wording is confusing because the IB ability is not associated with sneak attack, it says specifically it should apply to sneak attack feats ect.

Also, on the Char builder, having max bleeding wound and 6d6 sneak attack does not let me unlock epic sneak attack (which requires 8d6 sneak attack min). is this true in game?
