A sun-elf named Isendur, clad in blue robes and blue cape carrying a plain staff walks by, there is a faint numbus of blue that surrounds him and where he treads, the ground is ever so slightly chilled.

A missive is delivered by the mage's familiar,

I am Isendur, master of mighty magicks pertaining to mastery of elemental cold. I would seek an audience with you to discuss whether my knowledge would be of use to your students, and whether my own needs could be met in exchange for my expertise.
