Letter to the Mayor of Beregost
Lathander's blessings upon you and your familly.

I am Dawngreeter Dean Sonlite of the temple of Beregost, recently transfered from The Great Temple of Lathander in Athkatla.

It has come to my attention that while the temple over sees the safety and peace in our beloved town, so little happens when it comes to celerations, religious or not.

DO not mistaken my letter for one of complains, as the temple has plenty of good faithfull. But here is my suggestion.

As the newly appointed relationist of The temple toward the Town of Beregost, I would ask the town to offer support(financially and through labor) for a festival of artistry and craftmanship, held for the Glory of Lathander and for Art's sake.

Let me point out that the town's investment in such a festival can only be a good thing, and would surely bring aditional revenues to the local populace and merchants. The details will be explain through a meeting , just as long as the Town is interested.

I'd like to announce you that your town has been blessed by Lathander and its temples, bringing you the first Order of Morning Lords of the Sword Coast, the region surrounding Baldur's gate, Beregost and reaching the border of the Nation of Amn. Let it be announced by the towns offcials that Beregost is safer, and never shall the Undeath will walk freely on the grounds of Beregost!

To conclude, Let it be known that the temple, the knights,the Faithfull of Lathander will always be ready to protect the town, provide first aid and moral suport.

The Temple of LAthander, the Town of Beregost and its people proudly invite you to the First Monthly Festival of Beregost!Where we celebrate night to Dawn.

The Festival includes music, a feast, and many competitions of skills and athletism! Young men and woman, come test your mettle against the chalenges!

The Competitions will be:
Log lifting for the stong
Obstacle race for the agile
Holding breath under water for the strong of body


In youth, there is beauty, and Lathander recongnizes it. Therefore, There will be a beauty contest for both men and women, where women and men of low morality will not be accepted. Gentlemen and ladies, judged by the crowd, will parade to determine the King and Queen of The Festival of Beregost.

May you all come in great numbers, and may Lathander'S blessings be upon you.

The WArdens and the Knights of Beregost are looking for a criminal of the nameof Tinpo, a dark skinned woman, wielding a large sword!
A reward of 10,000 gold pieces is offered for her capture, alive, for the attempt of murder on the Warden Commander, in broad day light.

After the capture of the Criminal, the Warden Commander of Beregost, with the blessing of the Governor, Bans the criminal named Ninpo, after she's been marked on both top of her hands with a Barred "B".

"I will forgive you for the attempt on my life, but your crime will not go unpunished..."

The Warden Commander rewarded those who brought the criminal to justice, reminding the crowd gathered that Beregost will be kind to those that are kind to it.
