A genasi elementalist from Calimshan seeks work at Elfsong

A fire-genasi with long orange hair enters into the Elf Song tavern seeking the right ear. After not discovering anyone of particular importance he approaches the innkeeper.

"Greetings, proprietor. I am new in these lands and learning quickly as I am able. I was told you have the ear of adventurers and I would seek the proper venue to state my intentions and quality of service. I will visit a few of these... local establishments in hope of having my intentions known. I will tell you that I am a magic weaver of no small water. I claim mastery of the elements and have known none who would be my equal. At rumors of guidance, I was told of a college of mages who operate in the area. Led by an elven transmuter, I was hoping to make contact to discuss my abilities and qualities of service.... perhaps as a possible source to teach those of less skill for an appropriate fee but after attempting contact, it seems I am not to be obliged. Therefore, I offer my services to those who would pay well for it. I offer my knowledge and abilities to any organization, merchant company or likewise that would have it. Previously I have worked as a war-wizard, an apothecary and a ships mage. Successful at all, but moved on when payments dried up, services were no longer required or better opportunities arisen. I will be speaking with other tavern owners and like minded proprietors so I would be much grateful if you would pass this along to those who would like to hear it."

After finishing his words he passes 5 gold coins across the table to the near shock and awe of the owner.

"Know you that I am Xendrex yr Nureh el Kahmir of Memnon. I will be spending my nights at the Jovial Juggler in Beregost... should you find any ears who would hear more of my proposed services. I would offer a fee for any who successfully broker said transactions for my services. Good day to you".
