A Message Regarding All Elves and Half-elves

The message below is posted in the Elfsong Tavern, the Friendly Arm Inn, and Beregost’s Burning Wizard and Feldepost's Inn. The letters are written in a beautiful elven script:

The Tel’Quessir village of Doron Amar remains forever open to elves and half-elves, whether they seek to make a permanent home on the Sword Coast, or whether they are just passing through. Seek Auriel Elenviel or the Council of Doron Amar for more information.

The following pamphlet is posted in several places around the locations where the message above was posted.

A pale moon elf snorts as she reads the propaganda notices and proceeds to pull out a vile of pink dye and quickly paints a few flowers along it's boarders. Not quite happy with the result she adds a crude looking elven face but sporting a bit of comical looking fangs. She then skips off and goes on her merry little way.
