The following notice is seen in many prominent places throughout the city near the previous notice of bounty. It is penned in glowing ink. Any creature or race capable of reading is able to view it and understand it, the ink seems to flow and shift to present itself in the reader's native language.

It is the ruling of the Conclave that this elf be made an example of. That any outsider who visits the City of Dark Weavings will know what price they will pay for spilling drow blood and defying the will of the wizards.

As such the Conclave has unanimously agreed to increase the bounty as well as pledging magical support to any group we deem competent enough to succeed at an attempt to capture this elf.

Any competent group attempting to track and subdue this criminal shall have the support of the Conclave in the form of:
- Magical Scrolls or Wands that will lead to the capture of the elf
- Various bound demons to assist in tracking the elf.
- Weapons to cut through any enchantments this elf might employ.

Upon delivery of the elf the following rewards will be offered:

10,000 Gold coins for the complete body of the elf
5,000 Gold coins for the head of the elf
