By the way there's a Baldurs Gate remake for NWN2 nearing completion which might also have this area.

If you are interested you could have a look at that option and copy what you like / fits in the PW. Assuming they will consent to sharing that is.
They may have other areas too come to think about it.
[Edit:] Shalina is one of the Authors of the mod and they seem to have rebuilt all areas from the original BG game.
