Spell Resistance

I was wondering if the Spell Resistance make any difference when killing monsters.
I noted that the Beholder eyes (except the middle with anti-magic) and other creatures like basilisks, mindflayers do not have attacks blocked by spell resistance.
The only mosnter I know my spell resistance makes a difference is against Goblin Shamans... ( :roll: ).

All the attacks by this monsters are considered supernatural? Because if they are spell-like abilities the SR should block something...

Drow with +2 adjustment counts because he got SR, but what's the difference if you just use it in PVP?

It does. sometimes the AI will cheat though and not even bother casting spells if it thinks it can't beat your SR.

So it's possible stuff just isn't casting spells against you in some cases.

It is not sometime...it is will I slip on the old school Greater Int Ring...and those Goblins Shamans...just will not cast Magic Missile at me.

Beholder rays, anti-magic cone, and the basilisk petrification gaze are supernatural abilities.

The illithid mind blast is a spell-like ability.

The pattern isn't following what you're seeing, so I guessing the AI is just cheating here. Stupid AI.
