actual in game pic like the ones people will see when they are in you party or right click you and have you targeted?

those you arent suppose to do because it causes some kind of problem for DMs, mar3 knew what it was but i cant remember :?

Dimensions must be 128x128, bitdepth 24 bits, save as TGA (targa) using no compression.

I have the impression it causes lag, because these portaits have to be downloaded by anyone who enters the area where a custom portrait PC is.

So generally, they are avoided.

FYI though nobody will see the pic except you. Since it would require they all have it on their PC's

Yeah...I was told we can't do it. Also...it is pointless to make custom picture since they won't see it unless they have the picture as well. I had one I used for a long time, but changed back since we couldn't use them and no one could see it.
