Background:
Marcos Morales was born to Amnish parents who came to Baldur's Gate to start a business. The Morales family owns a small but stable store in the West Gate District of Baldur's Gate. They make enough income to support a lifestyle somewhat above the average commonfolk's.
Marcos fancies himself well-bred and well-trained. To be sure, he has a decent sense of etiquette and a modern wardrobe. But he would fit in with nobility about as well as a rat would in a pack of dogs.
Marcos should be considered one of the commonfolk. He has no special combat skills to speak of, although he has had a few lessons in how to swing a longsword. He is also somewhat skilled at dart-throwing, for a commoner. Marcos usually wins tavern dart-throwing contests. Of course, none of this is enough to save him from the many dangers of the Sword Coast.

Marcos has six siblings. His two older sisters are married, his older brother helps his parents manage the store, and his three younger brothers do menial tasks at home and in the store.
