Background:
Where most Rashemi average about five and a half feet in height, at 6 foot 4 inches, Einarr is considered very tall for a Rashemi, almost a giant.

He grew up on a farm near Thartenhall, Rashemen, on the edge of the Ashenwood forest, with his mother, father, and younger sister, Idunnr. A rothé herder as a child, he spent a good deal of his time alone, which maybe is why he now finds it difficult socializing with others.

Shorty before he was to leave on his dajemme (the rite of passage to manhood) he came home to find the farm burned to the ground, his parents murdered, and his sister missing. Finding a piece of crimson cloth that was torn from a cape or robe, he suspected she was taken by the Red Wizards of Thay to be sold into slavery.

During his dajemme, he heard rumors of a young woman that matched Idunnr's description in the company of a man who was suspected of being a Red Wizard traveling the Sword Coast. Though the dajemme usually lasts only a year, after a year had past, he remained away from Rashemen, looking for his sister.
