Background: Althea was orphaned when she was young, and raised in an orphanage run by the preistesses of the festhall in calimport. When she grew of age, she began to serve as a preistess of sharess. She was very gentle and innocent though. Her first real brush with evil shattered her gentle spirit, leaving her devastated. She was not able to fully recover, and soon found out , when she thought she was ready, that she could no longer serve as she had. the wounds were too deep.
Saved from death by a friend she had touched, She spent much time alone and in prayer. After a time, she was touched by the broken one himself, he choosing her as one of his. Though still suffering much in her heart, becasue she will never be that girl she was again,She now seeks to serve the god who helped her so
