Powerbuild rule question

Unread post by Eldebryn »

Mister Rogers wrote:*NOTICE*

Server Rule 3, the "powerbuild rule," has been changed. EVERY character now must have 3 levels in each of their classes by level 20, no exceptions. No one can take new classes after level 20.
I suppose this also applies to PCs created before it was changed, correct?
