Background: Born in the nation of city-states known as Chessenta, Aiolos was raised in a family heavily steeped in military tradition. As a boy he was sent to train with the soldiers of Cimbar, but after discovering he had magical talent was taken in as an apprentice to a powerful magi within the city. However, as his training progessed it became apparent that this boy had more than a simple connection to the weave. He could summon magic without the need to study, and imitate even the most difficult spells his master conjured during scribing and alchemy. Realizing that the boy was a warlock, the magi did his best to train Aiolos in the dark arts that seemed to come all too naturally to him. In the years to come Aiolos came to master the ways of the dark arcane, able to summon forth an eldritch blast at will. It was then that the magi knew he could teach this apprentice no more in the dark arts which he knew so little about, and instructed him to undergo a pilgrimage to the far north. After setting off, it wasn't long before he found himself in Baldur's gate and following some chance encounters with bandits and other hostile entities that he realized he must remain in the city and train further before continuing his travels.

Goals: To become an extremely competent and powerful Warlock, and to reach his destination of the Anauroch desert.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Not quite sure yet. Perhaps he might find further tutelage from another warlock within Baldur's Gate, or be forced to confront others due to his magical nature.
