(( It sounds a bit as though the two guitars are in different rooms. You should consider playing around a bit with reverbs. Otherwise, also try to avoid hitting the guitar with things that make noises.

Thanks. But i've got no idea what is Reverb or how to do whatever with sound files
I use Audacity, and a cheap micro that has a lot of static. I'm currently trying to find time to redo it, with my acoustic guitar directly plugged in my computer ( no static) And the sound should be more descent.

Reverb is indirect sound from the original source, like echo and such. You should have an echo tool in Audacity, I think (I mostly work with Logic, myself), and a very slight amount of echo should help make it sound better.
As for recording, I can recommend getting one of these (or similar):

It is a handheld recorder, but also works as a USB audio interface. It has a set of microphones that records pretty good stereo sound (but you can change it to mono), and also two XLR/Jack inputs for external microphones/instruments.
