Background: Blake was born to the Ashald family a secretive but powerful clan of warlocks. The Ashalds are a wealthy family of Water Deep. The Ashald clan takes a more behind the scene approach when it comes to politics and nobility and there for are not directly nobles. They came into power many ages ago when Blake's great great grandfather (Draven) formed a pact with a baatezu to give his famly power and riches in exchange for his eternal soul and the soul of his first born son. What Draven did not know was that every 3rd generation the deal needs to be reinstated with another sacrifice. Blake's childhood was not much different from other children from wealthy familys. Do to his upbringing Blake missed out on a lot of the things other people take for granted. But unlike his brother (Rikard) and sister (Morgan) Blake never really took to the life of luxury. When he turned of age he set out on his own leaving his family behind to make his own way in the world.

Goals: Prove himself worthy of gaining a high ranking position among The Zhentarim.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Do to the nature of how the Ashald family has taken to playing shadow games with politics it has made enemies out of a lot of people and organizations that deal in similar ways. Tho a well kept secret the fact that they are a powerful warlock clan has attracted the attention of more then a few witch hunters looking to make a name for themselves. Do to recent event Blake has begun his decent into darkness for the power and glory it holds.
