hello,
i know this should maybe have gone PM but i have no idea how many of those the developers get each day so i wanted to make it less...intrusive. (i also know i asked about coutnerspell here before but this time it is a bit more precise)
my question is how the Dev team has decided to introduce counterspell in regards of dispelling. thing is, in my second last spellexchange i exchanged some spell for greater breach in order to be able to counter those (with 100%success rate) but read somewhere that there are maybe plans to make dispells un-counterable. now i am not a big PvP fan and thus keeping it would bring me almost nothing if not for countering (and i am maybe 1000xp away from my last exchange)
so knowing on what has been decided or at least how it looks right now would be good
added to this i'd just like to point two things out:
1: if you are not able to counter dispells then counterspelling would just be a more costy version of spellmantle and be pretty pointless for players to use
2: dispells are okay for most classes but those clases who use them, namely sorc/wiz, are in their non-gish form really screwed when hit by them as a level 30 wizard just turns into a level 12fighter in regards of AC and HP after one while other classes can just switch to a shield or got forms of defense which are not on the breach-list.
