Hi,
I made a necromancer, and heard and partially misunderstood that i would get full access to spells while still being pale master if i had practiced spellcaster. And i just saw today that i didn't as i hit level 7 and did not get spellprogression.
Because of this i don't want to play this char, as a wizard without full spellprogression when i have no other abilities to rely on is useless. And i wonder if i could get my XP refunded. (Not half as the ingame xp transfere) gives.
Hoping for positive reply as this is a minor thing.

I'm afraid not. you have to RCR.
Practiced caster does give bump your caster level which you need to deal with dispells mainly and it will boost duration and damage on some spells.
That's pretty typical of what people do with palemaster.
You don't get to pick no spells though on the levels for palemaster you don't get a spell advancement.
