Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
I want to extend some more infinite appreciation to the dev team.
Not long ago, you asked the playerbase at large what we wanted to see, and I have noticed numerous things on people's wishlists - some large and some very modest - creeping in, sometimes very subtly. We are so fortunate to have a team that is both unbelievably talented and so responsive to player desires.

Gottmoerder.. he just reminds me of little important things I forget about.
Basically he's more on top of stuff than me.
And Ivan. The area de-spawner he added to the DM client is so useful for changing up the spawns for a little area fun.
Now I finally have a good excuse for bringing out the vampries when it gets dark.
And the rest of the tools Ivan added to the DM client. They rock.
And whom ever got suprised by the bigby hand that actually attacks you that ws cast from the undead mage today in cloakwood.
Sorry I forgot who it was, but you gave me a good laugh!

A huge thanks to Rabidbadger, who gave the twins an experience they will never forget.
Thanks to Catam, Toshiro, Calen, Kara Landstrider and Lambe as well. For letting us be part of that. And everyone else part of that Guild.
And of course "my sister" Halo, you rock.
I think I'm a treehugger RL now.
Ps: Post that wonderful screen "Sis", I'll leave the honours to you.

+1 Rabidbadger truly blew me away, thank you so much for letting us be part of such an amazing start to an event! Also, hand my thanks to Catam, Toshiro and Lambe and Kara, I hope we get to RP more in the coming weeks.breteas wrote:A huge thanks to Rabidbadger, who gave the twins an experience they will never forget.

Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
Much appreciation I've been meaning to give.
First and foremost: Staff.
Thanks to Luna, for being the best sentient machine on the planet Earth.
Thanks to MR, for giving his inspiring speeches and being a chill guy in general.
Thanks to Maecius, for being the voice of the reason and the mastermind behind NoTG. (Which was a superb experience.)
Thanks to TheVoid, for being scary as hell and always, just always amazingly correct and to the point. (which makes him even scarier)
Thanks to (surprisingly enough) Passiflora... Won't elaborate... just take it or leave it
Thanks to Fugue, for being a fun guy to talk to, and levelheaded in general.
Thank to, Vindicator. You have taught me much... even if involuntarily
Of course, I appreciate everyone else just as much... Maybe
(You know, I tease, much love to you guys, DM team a bunch is badasses
)
Much love to our underappreciated devs, your contributions are awespiring and make server into this sweet, unique and outstanding environment which many grew to love.
Our Quality Control team has just.. the best minds put together. I really appreciate your work, guys. Not many realise how important it really is. Kudos. *takes off his hat*
And of course... the players. Despite giving me so many, many headaches (for numerous reasons and on more than one occasion), I still love you. If not for you, all this work would have been in vain. This community is vast and great; I wish to see it further flourish and develop.
Live long and prosper
It's been helluva run.

Carebear, I've said it before but I'll say it again. I told you so!
Take it easy now my dear, and enjoy your reclaimed freedom.

salutes Carebear
And though I played the role,
I lost my soul, it's still within your heart.
It took a part of me, the heart of me..
To watch it fade away, It's over now..
Shades of blue and purple haunt me..

My terribly nice side says to use this thread as intended and say thank you for the awesome stuff you've done... Especially helping with tutorials and such.
My terribly stingy side is sad to see you go as a DM...
I am just glad you will still be about. Take care!

Three cheers for the four players who battled us two elves on the tradeway and didn't b*tch or whine or make drama about pvp, great fight!
(And big hugs to my partner in crime of course. I swear, you're gonna get me perma'd one day
