Practiced Caster - BUG?

[Eden]

Reading an on-line page about wizards and clerics in Nwn2, i read this:

"Due to a BUG, MotB's Practiced Caster increases your caster level beyond your level. That means a level 30 cleric casts as a 34 cleric.

Is this true in the server too? Had this been corrected with SoZ Expansion? If not, are you going to fix it?

(This is important to me because i need to decide my next feat)

Thanks

Yes its true. We are not going to fix it.
