PvP, reviving downed players

In the situation in question, one player has been defeated and is on the ground conquered. They are now at the mercy of the PvP winners, who are yet to RP or decide whether the person is "dead" or "knocked out."

Someone unrelated to the PvP runs up, without joining the roleplaying, heals the downed player, and they both proceed to buff up on the spot while the victors are trying to RP and turn around to slay everyone.

What should happen in this case, aside from respecting the avoidance of 24 hours? The defeated player had not yet been judged dead or not (as it had to be discussed among the victors and dialogue needed to be given), but when someone runs up and facilitates a full recovery of the defeated player, it completely negates the efforts of roleplayers and breaks the spirit of good sportsmanship.

1) Grab screenshots
2) Send them to the DM's with the DM and Associate DM - groups.
3) Explain the situation in the PM
4) Expect Cake
5) Receive Cake.
6) ???
7) PROFIT!
