Thanks to the 4 members of the party that let me join up with them in Thundar's Ride. First real game I've played in about 5-6 months and I had a blast! We did the new loop --> Thundar's Ride --> Troll Claws East --> Troll Claws West --> Bunch of caves in Troll Claws West.
Great times, good rollplaying along the way.

Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
The builders, scripters, quest writers, and QC (who probably never get mentioned) deserve a big thanks.
A lot of new content is being added thanks to these guys and gals!!
Probably the QC teams needs to get special mention. They put up with a lot of head-aches and other frustrations while helping to think of and test new content.

A big thanks for whoever made hilltop ruins, those ruins managed to get my level 18 character interested, thanks to the side-quest thingy built in. Unfortunately he could barely help
, even with his 35 or sth lore

And though I played the role,
I lost my soul, it's still within your heart.
It took a part of me, the heart of me..
To watch it fade away, It's over now..
Shades of blue and purple haunt me..

This. And among them, a special thanks from me goes to Molag Bal, Zlaayer and Breteas, who spend a colossal amount of time in testing and lending their vast expertise to the team, helping in tweaking and improving the world. Nice, incredibly committed and unbelievably competent.DM Fugue wrote:+1Luna wrote:the QC teams needs to get special mention. I want to echo the thank yous to the development and QC team, who are laying new content like an endless stream of golden eggs.
In particular though, I want to extend a huge tub of personal grattitude to Duster47, whose massive sprint effort to rebuild Beregost even in the face of annoying last-minute changes from an obnoxious Campaign Coordinator has really paid off. It is exactly how I envisioned it. To see it now in all its glorious continuity really makes me appreciate how anti-climactic it would have been to simply revert to the pre-war Beregost as though nothing had happened.
You have my infinite appreciation.

Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
I'll have to chime in and thank the development team for new areas as well. I just checked out Beregost, Thundar's Ride and water cave there yesterday. The water cave was really interesting. Looks good, has some cool, slippery places, and that weird statue that I couldn't get close to no matter how many spells I cast on it. Even tried to disjunct it. Will require more study. Good job!

A humongous thank you to this server, Luna and to the community for letting me be a part of it. I haven't played in a while and have actually become quite a forum dweller for now.. But this server, from all the way back in 2010, has been an excellent second home to me and a place of having generally an excellent time. Thank you to you all. <3
