Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
So... The game is known for falsely describing rolls of 1 with no possibility of failure as failure, while everything else works as intended (you succeed)?

Steadfast works as intended. I don't really have the patience to go into the details, but trust me that it is not broken.

Caustic Web doesn't seem to be calling for any saves and regardless of someone's Str they seem to all move the same speed through it.

Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
Told to post about issue.
Fiery Burst (reserve feat) won't work as described. Only can be cast on target, not ground. Range of Aoe limits it to single targets only.
Hoping can be changed to not be needing target. Or Aoe increased (doubtful).
Can the requires target be added to description? As well as any other reserve feat that has Aoe that requires it. Not useful as it is, don't want others to think it can be used like I thought.
Have Acidic Splatter as well, was meant to be my single target one to go with my small Aoe one. Wanted to get many of them, don't know which ones work right though. Acidic Splatter works very well but says in description is single target touch attack.

Don't know it was brought up but...
Dragon Warriors lose their Fear Immunity and elemental DR after being raised.
Can these two abilities be made to work like Aura of Courage, and be "re-cast" after being raised?

..not only that.. the range says 30 feet.. it is like 10 feet currently. Intended?

Correct, but it can come untimely if say... inside the Crystal Cave or hunting enemies that spam fear effects. (even with high will)

Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
With all the "add on" feats, they aren't hardcoded in the game like the normal game feats.
So they will all behave this way.
I can't think of an easy solution either to force reapply them.
Resting just does it because it forces all your feats to fire again / kick off again.
But there isn't another method to force all your feats to fire again.

Are you sure? Don't believe your Character Sheet nor your icons next to your avatar. Always consult the Combat Log.Hoihe wrote:Don't know it was brought up but...

Because, when the server is going on 6 hours or later, often it is too tired to reapply these feats to the CS or avatar, but they still work.
As J.G. Ballard has said, "It's a mistake to hold back and refuse to accept one's own nature."

I remember Hoihe managing to be scared by a mummy. Will recheck later though...

Weapons with energy damage bonuses.
I think that, weapons that cause energy damage (such as fire, electricity, etc.) should as well illuminate the environment a little bit, because it is not so coherent to have a blade or a mace with some fire showing up and all around 100% dark as if there was no source of light at all.
Thanks

Dragon Warrior feats.
Hello. In the description of dragon breath it says the DC would be:
12 + Constitution modifier + Dragon Warrior levels.
Instead the DC is
10 + Constitution modifier + Dragon Warriors levels.
The only way to up the DC is to dump constitution.
If it is intentional because of the buff to damage (HDd3 + DWLd12 instead of DWLd8) then ignore I posted this topic. But it may be a bug, that is why I post it.
If this issue is related to Kaedrin's then... ignore it as well.
Other bugs:
Fear Immunity doesn't reapply after death. (tested with krumarth. Hoihe was killed by chaos then ressed. I asked Krumarth to cast fear on Hoihe and instead of "Immunity to fear" and the spell resistance sound effect playing... I get "Succesful will save" and nothing else. It's not that I saved succesfully because after I rested I just absorbed the fear spell with fear immunity, no dice was rolled.
Damage Resistance doesn't reapply after death as well, Hoihe should be immune to ray of frost (1d4 + 1 cold damage vs his 5 cold DR) but got hit by it.

Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
You need to rest after you die to get the effects re-applied.
This is a known issue.
I will look at the DC.
Thanks

Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
Would making the fear immunity acting like an aura of courage (without the aura effect) fix it? As in... make it castable/useable?
