Ooc, is blazing aura allowed?
Hmmm... that's a tricky situation. I'm letting other special abilities such as rage and defensive stance and expose weakness be used, so I dont' think it is fair to say that you can't. On the other hand, I am disallowing breath weapon for DW.
My gut reaction is to say no, especially since I already expect any monk that shows up to win anyway, but if you feel that is unfair, I will change the rules and consider disallowing all special abilities.
Hm, well in leu of wanting all to have fun, I don't want you have to take anymore from others. I guess it depends if sacred fist can use there flaming fist or not, cause i believe thats a feat, not a spell. Idk. But, you could just easily say no monks. So its really your call. Or we could have a vote from all that are in the 21-30 teir of this. I just am a little scared of Haiden.... maybe I just wait till i got half life left, like a monk rage?
Thoughts?

Lets say no to feats that do elemental damage, since they seem sort of out of place in a brawl. That way no flaming fist for the sacred fists and no flaming aura, but other feats are in. Does that sound fair? I definitely want to let monks compete since this is something they would excel at. Are you comfortable with this?

That sounds good to me. Oh and my friend wants to know if we are going to be able to rest between the drinking and brawling?

/// Might have missed a very crucial part, should be obvious but all this talk of sacred fists, it could as well be said; The brawl is no-magic, right? Or I would bet that a wizard takes it, with all the fighters being out of weapons and such

Does the no armor part count clothing?
I say we attack the guy who would let a Grey Orc in to the city area lol.

If it just gives you 1 more dmg, and not a +1 weapon, I myself don't mind that. But I'm not making the rules.

I'm pretty sure we should all fight drunk. I can't think of a reason not to.Salival wrote:That sounds good to me. Oh and my friend wants to know if we are going to be able to rest between the drinking and brawling?

No magic can be cast. Items such as rings and the like are in becuase it is impossible to see if they are equipped or not. things like capes, helms, and armor (clothes included) can be seen so are disallowed. The point is to make it as much of a brawl as possible. If I could figure out how to ensure everyone had nothing equipped, I'd do that, but I can't.Karond wrote:/// Might have missed a very crucial part, should be obvious but all this talk of sacred fists, it could as well be said; The brawl is no-magic, right? You really should be more worried about the 15/- DR.
Well... it's sort of tricky. If I let some elemental damage, I pretty much have to let in all elemental damage to be fair, I think and that means big time damage from flaming aura and such that will well outweigh your +1 cold damage. Right now for the sake of standardization, I'm going to say no elemental damage feats just to keep it simple.
Besides, everyone will be pounding the orc at first, so you will have a little time to do some stuff before they notice you.

*snorts*
If only Whirlwind and Stunning Fist worked as one action...
I also would like to make a suggestion: there is a specific "brawl zone," so if a toon steps out, they have left the brawl of free will, and are now off limits.
And, of course, they can't return to the brawl, they are "out."
I only say this from an RP perspective, in that not all toons need to "fight until death" to know they're beaten...for the moment.
