I'm already breaking the hell out of your level cap due to my superior character building skills!
I've already got a character concept down, this application is going so quick when you don't have to plan out your epic levels!

I'd prefer somewhere between 11:00 - 23:00 GMT myself, on saturdays. Sundays are a posibility, as are fridays.
I could also manage a "late" session, say 19:00 - 03:00 GMT. However, this excludes sundays.
Then again, I am flexible.

I'm actually not trying to push for Swashbuckler, I am just curious why you don't want them. Is it indeed because they're not in the original BG?

Re: Baldur's Gate: The Party Experience
What's wrong with you ? Swashbucklers are the epitome of awesomeness.
And no they're not bard+rogue. Just no, absolutely no, I deny, stand and will make you surrender.
Swashbucklers are flashy fighters, like any of them but with an unreasonable love for cockyness, arrogance, mockery. They invent inferior ways of fighting because they're stunning, beautiful, impressive. It is the love of swordplay, the brashness and overconfidence that permeates every inches of their skin, each tooth of their grins, every word of their taunts.
They are awesome.
Old, but it's the text.

Re: Baldur's Gate: The Party Experience
Can't you achieve that by multi-classing? It is true that I am trying to stay close to some of the base classes present in the original Baldur's Gate.
I could add swashbuckler, but I am afraid that more people will start asking for more flavour classes.
Anyway. I could draw a line here. I am going to add Swashbuckler. But nothing else.

Being such a class act is no multi-classing feat my good monsieur.

To me it seems a swashbuckler is no more than a flamboyant rogue. Something that can be achieved by using various classes, monsieur.

Re: Baldur's Gate: The Party Experience
No, no! Valefort is absolutely right. The swashbuckler class does best represent well... the swashbuckler. And it is great that it has been included in NWN2.
I was just trying to stick closer to the original Baldur's Gate with classes. But the inclusion of the swashbuckler won't hurt though.
Now sign up, Valefort.

This looks like a lot of fun! Are there any restrictions to alignment?

Re: Baldur's Gate: The Party Experience
For how long will The Party Experience be run? Even though one is limited to 45k XP nw, can the toon leave The Part Experience at anytime and continue on, on thir own?
As J.G. Ballard has said, "It's a mistake to hold back and refuse to accept one's own nature."

There are no restrictions to alignment.
Not sure how long it will run. When it is over you are free to continue playing your characters without the restrictions.
I've received six applications so-far.
