I was wondering if My char Could Make a cave, while he was in earth Elemental Form. The Earth Elemental's Strength Could Easily Bash away some stone, so if He could maybe make a small cave area near the Maze in the UD. Also if possible would he be aloud to have his spawn set there? thanks.

My guess is no. Your getting into pretty abstract things the game can't support and players may not buy into IG.
