Will there be anything big happening coming November 30th?

I know this might be kind of an absurd question but I have to ask just the same. As I'm sure some people know Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition is coming out Nov. 30th. So I'm curious that since this is happening will there be some big events happening within Baldur's Gate:tscc when this game comes out? I mean there are alot of things that happen in this time: Gorion is going to die, Sarevok is going to attempt to kill the dukes and create Chaos in the name of Bhaal. And then there is the Bhaalspawn whom will arise with the power of the Avatar of Bhaal...eventually. Baldur's gate will probably be under threat of Amn since during this game bg and Amn suspect one another of treachery.

Will anything related to this great game be forcing to have some dramatic changes within bg;tscc when it comes out or shortly after release?

Our server is set about 20 years prior to the events of the Baldur's Gate video games.

While our founder, Jlf2n, did indeed base the server off of these magnificent games, we probably will not be able to tie very many plots to them just yet. We did have one Bhaalspawn plot a couple of years ago, during which one of our players achieved a knighthood and another sainthood, so there's no reason to believe it will never happen.

But nothing major is planned for the release of BG:ee, so far as I know.

THAT BEING SAID ...

A lot of the DMs and developers will probably be playing through BG:ee, myself included, and we may well take some inspiration from it. So who knows? Perhaps some younger versions of key NPCs from that game will be making an appearance on BG:TSCC in the near future ...
