Can druids use epic spells while shapeshifted?

I was just wondering about this, whether or not druids can use epic spells like greater ruin or vampiric feast while shapeshifted if they hace the natural spells feat. I tried it on Jegs trainer and it did not work, is that something that's intended or is it just something that's with the game engine and cannot be fixed? It kind of puts a limit on a primary shapeshifting druid and makes the feats not as useful imo.

No. They are feats and you can't use feats will polymoprhed.

We have no plans to work on this either.
