Changing characters size

[Deist]

I was wondering if it is possible to change a PC's size. I have a Nasty tiefling warrior that is supposed to be as broad as an orc. His height is ok but I'l like to make him a just a tiny bit wider than the slider allows for. Its just for cosmetic purposes but that sure would be great.

If its not possible no worries. If its not possible without great effort then no worries. If it is possible and easily done and the effect will be permanent then that would make me very happy.
