Monks can have the two weapon fighting skill unarmed?
Or just weapons is in the hands, or not at all?
Or just the off hands hold the weapon? I do not know it is possible ..?
What is the rule in here BG?

Two-Weapon fighting applies when wielding two weapons at once, fists and torches and shields do not count in the engine as weapons, so it would only come into play if you were say holding two clubs. You can not fight with your fist and a club at the same time.
