Underdark quest list.

Indeed, there are to my knowledge two new quests that was added this year.

However they are not very well suited for low- or midlevel characters.


The Idol of Lolth:
Steal the idol from the temple or retrieve the stolen idol from the far tunnels.
Social skills make for better rewards on a successfull roll.

The Tome:
Fetch a spell tome for Weavemaster Valshar from the vampire lord.
Social skills make for better rewards on a successfull roll.

Oh? Where is this Weavemaster Valshar you speak of? I looked, but I couldn't find him/her.

Peaceful quests

Fetch 5 ore samples for a Duergar merchant in the Dark Weavings Bazaar.
Location - The Darkspires.
Reward - 300 XP

Fetch 5 weapons for another Duergar merchant in the Dark Weavings Bazaar.
Location - The Darkspires
Reward - 300 XP

Can we denote that the Duergar mercant for the 5 samples is the Duergar trader standing between Zarmoon and Xaxx?
And that the Weapons quest Duergar is called Duergar weapon smith?
This way people are running around looking everywhere for either of them won't spent 20 mins trying to figure out where one or the other are. I always have a tough time finding the ore one. Thanks.

Ah. Very interesting. I was pointed towards this post, but I really didnt believe until I have seen it . You know that publically outing DMs (past or present) which did not do so themselves, not even in their farewell posts, is considered pretty bad, right?

Valshar was server-wide famous and almost abandoned by the time I became DM Strahd. In fact, Valshar and his RP were the very reason I was offered a DM position. Just incidentally .

What are you talking about? Almost all Valshar's deaths and near-deaths are to be ascribed to the dark force you call Void (we all know he is not a man, but a negative plane avatar of destruction, whose minor manifestation is the strongest monster a DM can ever spawn...you know what I am referring to...it took 30 players to take it down, last time I used it as avatar of Talona...)...

Can anyone comment on Siley's Ring, found in the sewers? It is not listed on here, and the only thing that came up in a search was a post from someone asking the same question...
