A public thank you, Spring festival

In the east farmlands shortly after the spring festival Rhys takes a moment to speak.

"I wanted to as publicly as possible thank Mealir Ostirel for arranging this festival in the name of Doron Amar. This idea was Mealir's from the start and he took it to finish, am proud to consider him a peer.

None of this would be possible with out the great aid we received from the Dukes of Baldur's Gate, and our allies that came to our aid. We owe you all greatly. We in Doron Amar have been unable to come up with a means to show our gratefulness, Mealir thought this festival would be a good place to start so i hope you all join me in giving him thanks."
