(The second video uses the phrase "and how!" properly. When people say "and how!" they are not asking a question. If you say "this wall is very blue!" and I reply with "and how!", it doesn't mean I don't understand that it has been painted thus and genuinely can't understand how the wall became blue. I didn't even use a question mark!)
