I am going to borrow and edit below others rules below is seems to works and no point in changing what everyone is use to please take a look below as I have a few items specific to my events.
MISSION: My mission, as a DM, is very simple: This is my Attempt to bring a PNP adventure to NWN for those who have played AD&D before and those new to NWN that never had a chance. I to as well as DM's MR and Maecius seek to bring the world of Baldur's Gate: The Sword Coast Chronicles to life for as many players as I am able. To this end, I will be running small "flavor" encounters -- interspersing Forgotten Realms lore and history into the encounter as I am able -- just as often as I will be running large events.
Do not be surprised if you run into a small group of bandits seeking shelter from the rain in a cave on one of your adventures; or a traveling ranger out in the woods; or a drunken brawl in one of the inns or taverns. I feel that these small encounters will do as much to bring the world alive for the players as will my larger, more player-centric "events."
And that, ultimately, is my goal as a DM: To create a more reactive and more real environment for you, the player.
An addition here I ask while in my events to try and stay true to your character and not feel pressured to rp something your character would not normally do. I purposely throw bones in events to see how players would react in certain situations.
RULES: I try not to be too strict when it comes to my own, personal rules of play. I want you to be flexible, to come up with your own ways of solving the problems I place before you, and to interact with the environment as you feel your character would. But there are three central points that I feel are very important, and which I must insist you take note of when you are interacting with me in one of my events:
The Golden Rule: I expect players to treat each other civilly, even when they don't particularly like one another. Ideally we'll all get along, but even if some of us do not, player-to-player cruelty or harassment will absolutely not be tolerated by either myself or by the others on staff. Remember that this is a game, and we are all playing it to relax and enjoy ourselves: The moment things become too heated between players (as opposed to their characters), I will intervene. If you are at fault, you will not be happy with my intervention.
Creative Solutions Create Great Roleplay: Roleplaying is collaborative storytelling, and I refuse to have my own storytelling hobbled by the limitations of a video game. I highly encourage you to interact to the situations I place before you with your own, creative, in-character solutions: If you wish to dive into the river to get away from someone -- do it. If you wish to cast a spell that isn't available to you in-game, but that exists in the D&D source material, and that your character has adequate cause to have access to -- do it. If you wish to climb a tree to get a better view of your surroundings -- do it (but be prepared to roll some strength, and, or, dexterity checks). In short, don't let the game stop your brain; approach everything as would your character.
The "No Sleeping While Slaying" Law: I ask that players do not rest during my events, except when I explicitly give you permission to do so. I feel that resting regularly during an event not only ruins the immersion, but also limits (if not entirely eliminates) the possibility of roleplaying certain situations (exhaustion and injury; healing by bandage or spell; etc.) and sidelines the importance of certain classes (particularly noncaster classes). Resting without permission will be punished with an experience penalty.
Death In Events: There is a very real chance you could die and if you die during a game DO NOT RESPAWN lay there untill something happens or your friends help you. (((Before I get a post about this yes I am thinking stuff like lag and other NWN2 issues can be an issue. I won’t let these things kill you.)))
AREA TRANSITIONS: If you end up going into a DM Area have some respect and stay still until everyone in your party is in the area and you have DM permission to resume RP. This is to give everyone in your party a chance to take party in the RP as we all know it takes some time to get everyone together after AT. Players who don't not follow this rule will be warned then if this continues I will remove you from the event. I takes time to set things up and to do this over and over again is very time consuming and not fair to the others who have to wait while we redo RP and setup.
END OF EVENTS: I love feedback be it good or bad to help me improve telling these stories here. If you liked it let me know but if you thought it sucked let me know as well I can't fix things if i do not know about them and I will not hold anything against someone for being honest.
PERSONAL REQUESTS: I agree with DM Jinx: Having a DM take a personal interest in your character's developing story can really enhance the game for that player, and that player character's circle of allies and, or, friends. Like DM Jinx, I therefore encourage you to PM me a short biography of your character, so that I can design events and encounters around you. With the background, I encourage you to send me a paragraph or two about how you would like to develop your character's story, so that I know where you want the character to end up. I will not guarantee that you will, in fact, end up achieving your character's goals: But knowing your goals is of potentially great importance to me when I am designing a plot around you.
CONCLUSION: In conclusion, I hope to bring the world to life in three ways: By providing small, unexpected encounters to individual players and groups; By providing events and quests that people can involve themselves in; And by providing story arcs that are tailor-made to individual player characters.
In exchange, I expect you to respect your fellow players; to remember that this is a game and we're all playing it to have fun; and to respect the rules of the server and the community. If you can do these three things, we will get along great!

The Odd Pilgrims
SetUp
The PCs are hired by Haraldus, a priest of Lathander, who asks their aid in protecting a group of pilgrims on their journey to the temple of Lathander in Beregost.
The Adventure
The PCs arrive FAI. Here they meet Haraldus, the priest of Lathander. After speaking with Haraldus they come to findd out he is a true priest of Lathander—utterly convinced that his is the only path to righteousness. The players however, found him to be quite meek and gentle, they also found him to be sentimental, soft-hearted, and unrealistic about life and the world. His personal kindness, unfailingly good manners, likeable smile, meekness, and gentleness and essential goodness communicates itself strongly to those he conversed with.
Haraldus explained that he needed protection for my pilgrims, sad souls they were, but now they are redeemed sinners. They wish to travel to the Temple to study sacred works of Lathander and take holy orders there. He offered to take those interested in helping him to where the pilgrims are but won't give any more detail about the pilgrims at this stage.
He leads the Group south and explains the Pilgrims are staying close to the old Ironfaar stronghold and it shouldn’t be that far.
Along the we Haraldus is delighted to talk of the works of Lathander, singing and praying and. He says that much evil comes from ignorance and folly,' and should not be rewarded with a brutal death.
When the enter the Loins way all seems quiet until they are set upon by a band of ogres which the group quickly end up killing and Haraldus quickly examines the ogres and breaths a sigh of relief when he realizes they are not his. Most of the players missed this but one did ask and Haradus explained he was just making sure they had passed and nothing more is brought up about it.
Haradus leads the group to a cave along the shoreline and asks out of respect that they put their weapons away until he can explain further inside.
They group walks in the cave and looks at the priest standing next to 3 large Ogres
Haraldus then tells his story. I was looking for converts recently, looking for the lost and those whom are seeking guidance when me and my friends were captured by ogres. I was the last one left after the others were killed and eaten and conversed with my captors here, we talked at length of the doctrines and forgiveness of Lathander, and the ogres listened and understood! Such is the power of the message of the Morninglord. The ogres look sheepishly at the PCs and said,
Yer, it's true. Bruvver 'aroldess rilly got to us 'ere *thump on chest*. We saw da foolishness of our ways, sort of *recondite look*. We're gern to 'ear da 'oly works at da great Temple *excited ogre knocks his dinner plate onto the floor with expansive gesture*. We unner-stan' we're just pawns in the great game of life.
(short silence for the PCs to experience incredulity at this statement). Embroider all this as you will.
Haraldus wants to start out and try and get the Ogres into Beregost and to the temple without detection by the guards or the Fist along the way.
They players Ogres and Haraldus all speak at length about the conversion and the two dwarves in the group seem hesitant to help. Haraldus explains this is a sign from the morninglord just like when he found he faith years ago while he begged for his life from a thief in an alley in Athkatla. Haraldus goes on to explain that this encounter had changed his life.
They all go on to debate ethics and when the Ogres see this going slowly ask everyone for forgiveness for their sins and those they have eaten in the past.
The players come to find out the Ogres had eaten and few dwarves and elves in the past and show them the old pile of bones where the dead were.
The dwarves in the party grew quite upset about their kin being eaten and after some debate one of the dwarves tosses a mace at the unarmed ogres and tell them to prepare themselves. As the Ogre reaches down to pick up the mace to hand it back or attack the dwarves attacked and the Ogres were slain.
Haraldus races over to cast a cure on an expiring ogre, but it is too late.
As he cradles the ugly creature's head in his hands, the ogre gasps its last: "They werdunt leddus stay in the Light, it wus kill or be kilt," and then his eyes roll back in his head and he expires. Haraldus is left weeping bitterly over the fate of his pilgrims. The deeply saddened priest leaves the cavern to return to the temple of Lathander.

Explosive drunkards
SetUp
A veteran named John from the war has turned down the path of alcohol and now resents those dandy performers at the White Mask garnering all the fame
The Adventure
Stumbling into the scene during the rehearsals of Herran and Telia for a gala among the nobles of the Gate, this drunkard proves to be a decorated war hero. When the present performers gently tried to convince him to leave, he pulled out a firebomb and threatened the performers to take a seat among the benches normally reserved for the audience with the spectator Tamara. Whether this was a deliberate twist of irony or just happenstance is anyone’s guess, as the inebriated man started his ranting.
“WHAT HAVE YOU EVER DONE FOR THE PEOPLE?”
“WHY DOES THE DUKES FAVOR YOUR THEATER?”
“WHAT MAKES YOU SPECIAL!”
The conversation was very one-sided as he shouted his rhetorical questions at the two entertainers and one spectator. The White Mask personnel in turn made use of the drunkards self-imposed distractions to ward all three against the impending disaster.
And sure enough, whether as a result of the magic or simply the inevitable, the firebomb was dropped. Listed among the casualties were three benches, two chairs and some singed clothing. The only person damage was the firebomber himself, unwarded against the raging fire he sustained serious damage. Herran quickly managed to ward the former warhero – undoubtedly saving his life in the process.
Whether this will prove to be a blessing or a curse, the White Mask Theater will discover, as Herran insisted part of the sentence for John would be to serve some time at the White Mask Theater as a helper.

Vengeance most foul with a twist
SetUp
A Cloaked Stranger lost in grief seeks vengeance upon those guilty culprits of the Bhaal war.
The Adventure
A mysterious Cloaked Stranger arrived at Nelwynns travelling tavern which was located at the Wyrms Crossing, laying eyes upon Tamara - claiming her to be a legend from the Bhaal war that he would shake hands with.
As the saying goes, things are rarely what they seem, and so it was as this mage proved to have lost his only brother Lucas during the Bhaal Siege. A death, who he placed solely at the feet of those remaining Bhaal veterans he could dig his claws into. Using a teleportation spell, the Cloaked Stranger brought them both across the land at an impossible speed to the Cloudpeak mountains in the far south.
Whether through some unintentional use of bardic magic or simple persuasive skill, the Cloaked Stranger saw the folly of continuing down the erroneous path of his lost brother and decided against killing the blind bard at his mercy - though obviously tethering on the precipice of disaster with the expected rescuer hot on their heels.
During the long conversation, a group of adventures had trekked across half the Sword Coast with brandished weapons and spells at their fingertips - laying waste to Frost Giants and Mephits by the dozen, before coming upon the scene of the Cloaked Stranger and his prey nestled in the freezing cold mountains of Cloudpeak. The members of the rescue were weary from battle, but bristling for the last kill.
A tense discussion followed, on the verge of erupting into a full scale battle - finally interrupted as Tamara calls out "they are afraid, just like you were - be the better man!"
Both the rescuers and the Cloaked Stranger both seemed to listen, with varying interpretations as to who was the afraid and who was the better man.
Both parties returning to the negotiations with a calmer mind, an agreement is struck shortly and the young veteran of the Bhaal war is released. The Cloaked Stranger disappears, vowing to mend his ways.
