how if wish there is a blood spell that suck the blood out of the flesh of a monster

Avasculate? Not exactly like literally sucking out the blood but comes quite close.

well i have see one of the warlock blast some red beem at one but what i like if we could tune around a ray, blast, beem and then add the ruins spell wfx to so all the blood will be suck out of the monster or what it is that hit the spell
