Posters are distributed in all civilized lands along the coast and put up near inns and notice boards and where people pass regularly.
One of the guilds that is to be present is The Performers Guild, who according to rumours, are looking for new actors and actresses for their upcoming play. They will offer a sneak peak of what the play will contain at this Fair. Anyone interested in a role are encouraged to come and ask any questions they may have and gain information.

Note: Slots are open to anyone who wishes to give a lecture, presentation or demonstration that teaches something. The catch is you have to leave 10 to 15 min at the end for questions from the audience. Any audience members that cause a disruption of a presentation will be kicked out of Candlekeep and banned for life.
Note 2: The Auction is open for all the catch here is you can only win one item once you have a winning bid you can't take part in the auction until the next day. Also anyone caught trying to get around this rule by having friends place bids will be kicked out of Candlekeep and banned for life.
Note 3: Player Merchants wishing to sale wares during the event contact me and setup staff at Candlekeep will get you a custom booth and sign (which you get to keep) for a small rental fee.
