More areas like Stone Giants

Unread post by Nyeleni »

I would like to see more areas like Stone Giants. Where you need to have at least two adventurers to advance. But I would avoid riddles if possible, as it can get annoying fast if you have to repeat it often.
Not that the possible solo areas should disappear, far from it... To each it's own I'd say. Sometimes I like to solo too.
Or where you need a rogue to advance. Like a trap which only he or she can disarm. Or where you need to have a very high search skill to find a hidden trapdoor to get further down the dungeon.
Or another where you have to sacrifice a Paladin to advance... err... strike the last idea :).
But I think you get the gist...

Done.
There are two on the way that are completed.
One is a tomb in the fields of the dead (requires 2 or more)
and the second is the interior to the Ziggarut (orzogoth) in High Moor (also requires two or more for epics)
;)

Glad you like the stonegiant place cause your response was the sort of response I was intending when I built the area.

Really nice, I like that system too. Helps grouping up.
Remember them all it's just a game.

And if you're a resourceful one, you can still figure out how to solo it :P.

Oh that is great news indeed :D. And thanks for the unpaid and great work you all are doing behind the curtains...

More on topic though, I always loved the fact that this was a type of adventure you had to ICly prepare for. Even if you figure out how to get in alone later on, you still need to get inside once. And that can make for a nice quest trying to find high strength characters!
