*as Galen'ael walks down the road, a dryad appears from a nearby tree and whisper in his ear*

*he frowns and moves on*

They best start building barricades....and soon...

*a thin smile crosses his lips as he moves on*

*Tarnok hears the rumours and frowns.* They cannot make their home in a place which isnt theirs.. more blood will be spilled. My kin ache for the blood price. *He gets up from the statue of Chanteau after a vigil and walks towards the lands south of Baldur's Gate..* They must quit their foolish deeds.

Rumors swirl that a ferry or a tradeship...a drift and on fire banked near the Merchants Camp in the Farmlands...

Undead swarmed the shores and a death knight was slain after the party led by Captain Crownsilver of the Fist defeated the evil and pushed the ship off shore...where it burned to the bottom.

Later, a treant is said to have appeared giving hope to some Elven of finding a home of their own in the Wilds outside of Baldurs Gate....

An old man shuffle's around the Elfsong tavern muttering words of doom and anguish. He speaks of blood curdling howls on the wind and the foul damp stench of death in the air. "A storm is coming" He repeats again and again, before a plump stout figure looms into the tavern.

"Get out af it ya ole goon." Followed buy a rough grip around the old mans neck cuff before he is thrown into the street. "Feckin numpties are everyw'ere" A harsh kick up the old mans back side sends him scuttling forward and crumpling into the mud. "Naw no more af yer crazy talk ole boy, or ye'll spend a nig't wif the rats" The hard handed Fist Road Warden begins to move off "Yer spoilin a nice place t'ere"

((Common Knowledge))

A rumor spreads that this past night in the Wood of Sharpe Teeth an unknown drow woman was seen hunting Orcs and other goblinoids nude...with only a symbol hanging about her neck as she hunted by Moon Light.....

A portal was later seen opening and another Drow female exiting it and the two spoke a long time...observed by a few passersby..one an Orc...one of the female drow..one who had been upon the Surface before...

Soon there after the females entered the Portal to points unknown.

Before the portal closed the Orc jumped through...to his own detriment...as the Portal closed..a sense of peace was left behind...the events leading to more rumor that not all Drow might be evil..as fear creeps across the Land...a sparkle of doubt begins to bloom...

Rumours tell of an angry treant residing in the depths of Cloakwood. A witness claims that the treant was extremely territorial, and aggressive.
Several witnesses have seen the treant in question chase its enemy all the way to the Gate's farmlands.

There are also claims that the treant is in fact a druid who has lost herself within a predator's world, due to excessive usage of an animal form and time spent with her animal pack.

There is an red bearded human in the elfsong tavern, telling stories all day about a group of three adventurers that encountered and defeated a mighty Lich in the Nashkel mines, with the aid of Lord Helm himself.

/// Cool event for a totally random makeshift party. I really liked it.

A group of drow assassins that wear a glowing purple insignia on their chest were beaten by two elven female warriors. The drow have fallen to these two deadly fighting sisters and are now hunting the sisters with the help of an orc.

A pile of three bodies has been discovered in the edge of Cloakwood. The adventurers have been slain by a single creature. Their skin is torn by either claws or similar weapons. The pile is surrounded by fallen leaves and a few branches.

A trail of blood that leads deeper into the forest suggests that the bodies were dragged from within Cloakwood's depths.

Five Flaming Fist soldiers, a man named Talen, and Noric Patteel, a wizard of some (good and bad) repute, recently attempted to take in a man named Glaive Soulblighter for questioning. The man draw a long, exotic halberd, and, though the fight was bravely fought by the people of Baldur's Gate, the man escaped, leaving three soldiers involved dead, and two wounded.

An honorary service is being held for the brave soldiers who have fallen, and recompense is being granted to the widows.

The bridge of Baulder's Gate was attacked by several people dressed as soldier's from Amn and Lathandarites.

The City of Bergost was also attacked by men dressed as Flaming Fists and there have been a few urgent missives comming and going from the Palace of Baldur's gate some of Amnish origin.

Whatever is going on tensions are high as a diplomatic solution is sought.

Rumours begin to circulate that Duke Eltan was inspecting the troops at the gate at the time of the attack. Some say he was wounded, others state killed but regardless, he wasn't seen for a ten day after the attack. However, now he shows himself openly but dark clouds seem to cover his thoughts and he speaks little to the other dukes or his trusted retainers.

A new advisor to the duke can be seen at court. He socializes little and speaks with the Duke openly. Who is this new man in the court? The hangers on are shocked at the breach in propriety.

Recent rumors speak of a man found literally frozen solid in the middle of the Docks District... while efforts to free the man from his icy prison by adventures is said to have been fruitless, for he was already dead, there has been talk that a priestess of Auril, the Ice Maiden, was responsible. Whether this is the story of a drunkard or a true event has yet to be determined...
