q.v. "give it to charity" is not a good answer unless you can back it up with which charity and why. Creativity bonuses given to those who actually put some thought into their reply. Please keep it PG 13!

Because my friend there are a lot of us who love this game and everyone has their own take on what is "right." That ability to take a step back and rationally look at a discussion that we feel is threatening is sometimes compromised by our own investment (in time, etc) into our characters that we feel that we have played to the best of our abilities and done so according to all of the rules. When we are challenged on something we have so heavily emotionally invested ourselves in it is natural to be defensive, and to strike back out on a personal level against those who have challenged us. We attack when we do not feel validated or supported in our opinions and views, and I will tell you it is natural to do this. To spin this in a positive light, if we did not care about our characters, and their backgrounds, builds, guilds, or friends on this server, we would not be so passionate when caught by an opposing opinion, however basely expressed. I think that we continually need to talk about the "wherefore and the why" of the rules and be big enough to accept when we do not get our way, and be gracious enough when right to allow others the same respect. Hard, I agree. It is far easier to make an enemy, than it is to make a friend.Hoihe wrote:Why is it the following topics:

Its a small canadian oil company, with a market cap of around 200M.
they will probably hit 3-4$ before being bought out in about 2-3 years, and will probably reach 1$ by the end of '14, meaning worth investing heavily into this.
Pay attention to these boards, for more info.

Now, when you're reading the bulletin board on IVillage, keep track of the following posters: Oiljack, Resilience, Crucible401, Jwallisca
in particular, while watching for tips and tricks pay attention to these few guys and what they have to say, if you want to make alot of money form that 260$, at least enough to retire on, 30 years from now.
most small companies start out being explorers, and it's a giant step to becoming a producer. INA became a producer this year and is producing around 7500 barrels of oil per day.
This is light oil that sells for around $111 per barrel right now.
So, Ina is getting around $25 million per month. That is a lot of money for a little company. That is why this company has such a potential to grow and eventually will probably be taken over by a major. If you have any money in your piggy bank, this is the company to buy. I believe this company will triple within the next 2 yrs. and then it will be bought out for $3-4.00 a share. Just a matter of being patient. If a person does not have too many shares, it's better to just accumulate slowly and sit on those shares. Then reap the rewards in a couple of years. I've been doing some trading with INA as I have plenty of shares, but I do not touch my core position.
here is a name of another poster but on another BBoard ie. Stockhouse.com. This used to be a great site but a lot of us moved to IVillage because the quality of the posts was really deteriorating and the moderators did nothing about it. Anyway, this guy Molymoney is worth reading. Here are his posts, read his Sept./ Oct. posts to get an idea.

anyways, hope this allows you to turn that 2-300$ into 10,000 like I did. - James.
p.s. come back here years later, and we can say what to do with the 10,000$ when you have it too.
