Accident
I accidentally sold my greatsword: Screamer of Justice to the store at the Friendly Arm Inn. It's like my sole possession of wealth is there any way I can get a Dm to return it for me?

Good guys are such cliche clones, inevitably.

Re: Accident
If you happened to have caught a DM on at the time it happened, and they were in a good mood, they might have returned it by buying it back from the merchant for you. As soon as the server resets the merchant's inventory is reset as well. So whatever that sword was is pretty much lost now.
Sometimes in the case of the appearance changer eating an item on you, the item can be replaced assuming that you have a screenshot of the item lost message and preferably can show the stats of the item (especially if it has had it's name changed or is a random drop.)
The best thing to do in that case is to take screenshots of your prized possessions just incase the unforeseeable happens and they end up missing.
In the past, for this request, the DMs havn't replaced items sold to merchants. It's been brought up once or twice before and the conclusion was that it's up to the player not to make that error, I believe. Don't get me wrong, it sucks when it happens and just about everyone has done it once or twice. Just part of playing a game I suppose.
