If you are playing or thinking about playing a wizard in UD - there is a list of all scrolls you can buy from vendors - so you can plan ahead what you will pick on level ups

Illithid vendor

Hidden: show

Beholder vendor

Hidden: show

as far as i know there is no other vendor with arcane scrolls.

Laenor made a full list for the surface here. I will link to this thread in that thread, so that more may see it.

As a wizard, the first priority should -always- be the server custom spells which cannot be bought in a store, as these cannot be scribed. So if you do not pick them, you will not learn them (unless a DM takes pity on you but that is not a guarantee).
