Counterspell question

Hello, for counterspell I see you lose your action if you counterspell or if you cast a spell you can not counter in that round. Can you counterspell and still able to quicken spell, or quicken spell first then counterspell a spell in same round? Also with reactive counterspell you loss your next round if you counterspell, but could you quicken spell on that next round?
