To set a teleport location in the nexus? Or is it even possible? Would be convenient for item transfers and whatnot.

Nexus is warded from teleportation. You'd be wasting your efforts.

Also, it doesn't really exist. So don't have runes of a fake place!

And as always, there should be no casting in the Nexus.
